An accomplished professional with over 25 years’ experience in strategic client relationship management, IT quality, development/operations and leading/mentoring others, Bill now serves as a Senior Solution Architect for Alliances at Tricentis, the industry leading continuous testing platform provider. Prior to his current position, he oversaw Engagement Management and Services Delivery for some of the largest customers of multiple software reseller and consulting organizations. In addition, Bill also built and led the Professional Services and Resource Enablement divisions for these same groups. He is known for his exceptional interpersonal skills, adapting creative solutions against business challenges and process/execution.
Jimmy Long, Global Infor M3 - Solution Architect, Marlabs
Jimmy is leading a large digital transformation and innovation initiative at Marlabs for Infor customers. As a global Infor M3 - Solution Architect, he has been in the industry for 17+ years. Jimmy mainly worked on Industrial and food and beverage customers implementing Infor M3 globally. He is responsible for transforming our customer by implementing Infor M3 solution by using agile and sprint methodology to continuously Innovate and deliver values to our client. He currently focused on new ERP implementations Infor M3 software for a large client. Prior to his current role, Jimmy has led numerous Infor M3 multi- roll out projects, cloud migration programs for global organizations and has incorporated industry best practices, including the integrated 3Rd party systems.

Siva has close to 20 years of progressive experience in the Automation field across Process Automation, QA Automation, DevOps, and AI/ML.
