Pure AI 3-Hour Virtual Training Workshop:
AI Agents for Everyday Business - Automate Your Work Without Coding
December 9, 2026
9:00AM – 12:00PM Central
Level: Intermediate AI user | No coding experience required
Pick one weekly task. Watch one built live, then build your own. No coding.
How often do you ask AI to help with the same task? A weekly report. A research summary. Meeting notes. A batch of social posts. Repeating the same prompt is a starting point—but a reusable workflow can help you handle that work more consistently.
In this three-hour live workshop, Josh Rozman will show you how to turn a recurring task into an AI-assisted workflow and introduce the role agents can play. You will define the job, watch an example built step by step, and begin a prototype of your own using public or sample information.
You will also learn how to test the results, decide where human review belongs, and recognize when scheduling or additional tool connections may be needed. The goal is a practical prototype you can refine—not a promise of unattended automation.
What you will do in three hours
- Pick one task you repeat, such as a weekly report, meeting notes, a news round-up, research, or a batch of social posts.
- Map it on a one-page plan.
- Watch one agent get built live, step by step, so you can see exactly how the pieces connect.
- Build alongside if you are comfortable or watch first and build later at your own pace.
Using agents safely
You will also learn how to think about using agents safely.
- What to keep out of them
- How to check the agent's work
- When an agent should ask you first before acting
What you will leave with
- A working AI-Agent prototype
- A filled-in plan for your task
- A clear picture of how an agent gets built end to end
- A template for building your next one on your own
Attendee Workstation Requirements:
You must provide your own computer (Windows or Mac) for this seminar with a camera, Internet connection, speakers, and a microphone.
- You must provide your own laptop computer (Windows or Mac)
- You must have a current browser installed
- One free or paid AI account, signed in before class. A paid plan that supports task scheduling is recommended. A free ChatGPT or Google Gemini account also works for following along, though the free tier may not support scheduling.
- A paid plan isn't required but is recommended.
- If you use a work account, check your company's AI rules first and avoid bringing private data, especially customer data.
Before you join: check that you are allowed
Many companies have rules about AI tools. Some block them. Some only allow approved accounts. Please check before class, not during it.
Ask yourself three things:
- Does my company let me use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot for work?
- Can I use a personal account, or only a company-approved one?
- Does my task involve customer, employee, or other private information?
Not sure? Ask your manager or IT team. Or skip the question and build your prototype with a personal account and a practice task that uses only public or made-up information, like a news round-up on a topic you follow.
Please do not connect your work email, calendar, or files during class.
