Undo Adds Automated Root Cause Analysis for AI Coding Agents

Undo has introduced an automated root cause analysis capability for AI coding agents, called Undo AI, aiming to improve how software defects are identified and resolved during application development.  The technology enables AI coding agents to automatically investigate failures, trace the source of bugs, and provide developers with detailed diagnostic information. The goal is to reduce the time spent debugging complex software issues and improve the effectiveness of AI-assisted development workflows.

Undo AI plugs into any coding agent an engineering team already uses, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio Code. Undo AI makes coding agents more powerful by enabling them to find the root cause of even the most challenging and elusive bugs automatically.

Undo said the capability builds on its debugging technology by allowing AI agents to analyze program execution and isolate the underlying causes of application failures. The approach is intended to support developers working on large codebases where identifying elusive defects can be time-consuming.
