NVIDIA and LG Group Partner on AI Factory Initiative
NVIDIA, and LG Group, are collaborating on an AI factory initiative designed to bring artificial intelligence technologies into manufacturing, industrial operations, and enterprise workflows. The collaboration will focus on aligning sensor, compute and software architectures with the NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion architecture, supporting LG Electronics’ roadmap for autonomous driving, ADAS and software-defined vehicles.
The effort will leverage NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI platforms alongside LG’s expertise in manufacturing, electronics and industrial systems. The goal is to develop AI-powered environments that can improve efficiency, automate processes and support data-driven decision-making across operations.
LG plans to use AI infrastructure to help optimize production, enhance operational visibility and support new applications involving robotics, automation and digital transformation. NVIDIA said the initiative reflects growing interest in AI factories, where AI systems are embedded throughout business and industrial processes rather than confined to individual applications.
