Dataiku Updates Enterprise AI Platform to 5.1

Enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) platform vendor Dataiku announced this week that it has updated its namesake platform to version 5.1.

Updates to the release include:

  • "Deeper" Git integration
  • A new ability to code within the user's chosen IDE (for example, R or RStudio)
  • Scalability using Jupyter Notebooks (via Docker/Kubernetes)
  • New "webapp" plug-ins
  • Revamped custom data protection regulation, policies and access permissions

"These new features are strong improvements over the current functionalities and will fit perfectly with how users already interact with Dataiku 5.0," commented Thomas Cabrol, co-founder and chief product officer at Dataiku, in the official announcement of the update.

"It's straightforward to learn how to use and make the best of these new features," he continued, "but we've also prepared a bunch of tutorial videos and documentation to help you through it."

Version 5.0 of Dataiku was released in September.
