Last Week in AI: Announcements from Fortinet, Diliko, Kloudfuse, Panjaya.ai, and More

This edition of our roundup of AI products and services announced last week that didn't make splashy headlines, but should be on your radar, includes View Systems' View AI, Kloudfuse 3.0, Panjaya.ai's BodyTalk, Fortinet's FortiAI, and more.

View Systems announced the general availability of View AI, a platform designed to streamline enterprise data management as part of organizations' AI strategies. Available both on premises and in the cloud, View AI supports the data lifecycle from ingestion through analysis and AI interaction, enabling enterprises to turn raw data into AI-ready assets with built-in conversational experiences. View AI relies on three core components—metadata, graph representations, and vector embeddings—to deliver insights and enable data discovery and retrieval, essential for intelligent, data-driven applications. Central to the platform is Universal Data Representation (UDR), a patent-pending technology that unifies heterogeneous data from diverse sources, enhancing AI efficiency and insight capabilities. View Systems said it has joined the AI Platform Alliance, a network of AI solution providers, and will offer View AI through the Alliance marketplace. This partnership aims to foster an open ecosystem of scalable AI solutions for enterprise adoption.

Kloudfuse unveiled Kloudfuse 3.0, a major update of its AI-powered unified observability platform. The new version includes advanced tools for managing real-time data, enhanced AI capabilities, and a new query language designed to improve monitoring and performance management across digital infrastructures. Key features of Kloudfuse 3.0 include Digital Experience Monitoring with Real User Monitoring and Session Replays, which allow businesses to gain deeper insights into user interactions and enhance customer satisfaction. The update also introduces Continuous Profiling, which identifies performance bottlenecks in real time, optimizing resource usage and code efficiency, the company said. AI-driven tools like Prophet, for anomaly detection and forecasting, and K-Lens, for outlier detection and root cause analysis, are also part of the release. These tools leverage machine learning to improve data analysis and accelerate issue resolution. Additionally, the platform now supports FuseQL, a new query language that offers more advanced log query capabilities.

Panjaya.ai, a company led by former Apple TV and Vimeo executives, launched BodyTalk, billing it as the first AI-driven translation platform designed to address a common frustration for viewers: awkward, unnatural dubbing that disrupts the viewing experience. BodyTalk was designed to synchronizes lip movements and body gestures seamlessly, delivering accurate and natural translations in any language. In an era of deep fakes and disjointed dubbing, Panjaya’s BodyTalk AI offers "deep reals," delivering accurate lip synchronization, audio retiming, contextual adaptation, and natural translations that far exceed other services in terms of quality and accuracy, the company said. The automatically adjusts translations and modulates speech rhythm, tone, and pacing , incorporating pauses, breaths, and emphasis to match the original performance, while aligning with the original body movements and gestures. BodyTalk is designed to be an out of the box toolkit that allows businesses to translate and dub videos without any technical expertise, at scale. The platform is designed to make content localization a seamless, fast, and efficient experience, even for large-scale projects.

Cybersecurity firm Fortinet announced the expansion of generative AI capabilities across its product line with the launch of two new integrations with its AI-powered security assistant, FortiAI. The new features include FortiAI for FortiNDR Cloud, which helps threat hunters quickly find detections and observations based on specific queries, enhancing their ability to manage emerging threats. Another addition, FortiAI for Lacework FortiCNAPP, assists security operations teams in interpreting alerts with precision, providing step-by-step instructions for investigating and responding to potential threats. Fortinet says the integrations streamline threat analysis and remediation using natural language queries, allowing security teams to improve their response times. The company continues to innovate with AI across its suite, adding capabilities like real-time threat analysis, automated network configuration, and high-risk data contextualization to its offerings.

Diliko, a startup offering AI-powered data management solutions, launched its namesake platform. Targeting midsized enterprise customers, Diliko’s cloud-based platform leverages "agentic AI, which enables AI agents to autonomously perform complex decision-making with minimal supervision. The company’s platform automates data workflows, manages security, and optimizes performance, making it easier for mid-sized firms to harness their data efficiently. The platform is designed to handle data across distributed systems, utilizing privacy-preserving and zero-trust security measures to comply with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA. The platform has seen strong uptake in healthcare and financial sectors, the company said.

EPAM Systems, in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), launched StatGPT 2.0, a new GenAI-powered platform designed to enhance access to global economic and financial data. The platform, aimed at Statistical Data and Metadata eXchange (SDMX) sponsor organizations and national statistical bodies, was unveiled at the 2024 IMF Statistical Forum. Building on EPAM's earlier StatGPT 1.0, the new version uses EPAM DIAL technology and allows users to interact with data using natural language, streamlining the search and analysis of complex economic datasets. StatGPT 2.0 was tested by over 100 experts from international statistical organizations and public datasets. StatGPT 2.0 is part of EPAM’s ongoing efforts to advance AI-driven solutions for digital transformation across industries.

ZTE Corporation introduced the world’s first AI-powered full-stack Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) solution, the ZTE Nebula AI FWA Solution, as part of its upgraded AI-driven product philosophy, GIS 2.0. The new AI-powered GIS 2.0 philosophy integrates advanced artificial intelligence to optimize network performance, enhance bandwidth efficiency by 20%, and reduce network congestion by 30%, the company said. It also introduces real-time network optimization, enhanced security, and child protection for safer online environments. The Nebula AI FWA Solution, a flagship offering, includes AI-driven Quality of Service (QoS) management and voice control. The announcement was made during the company’s inaugural ZTE Devices User Congress, which focused on FWA and Mobile Broadband (MBB). Bai Keke, ZTE’s Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Internet, emphasized the growing demand for 5G FWA and MBB solutions, and predicted that the FWA market will reach 38.7 million units by 2028, with 72% of that demand coming from 5G.
