Nokod Security Launches Real Time Protection Platform for AI Agents Built by Citizen Developers

Nokod Security has introduced a new product to secure AI agents created by no-code and citizen developers. The offering, called Adaptive Agent Security, provides runtime visibility, behavioral monitoring, and policy enforcement throughout the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC).

The launch comes as enterprise adoption of AI-assisted platforms accelerates, with tools like Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, UiPath, and Salesforce enabling business users to build and deploy autonomous agents. These agents can initiate actions, write code, and move data—often without oversight from traditional IT or security teams.

"AI agents are now independently generating business logic, calling APIs, and moving data across systems, often beyond the visibility of traditional security controls," said Amichai Shulman, Co-Founder and CTO of Nokod Security, in a statement. "With the launch of Nokod’s Adaptive Agent Security platform, enterprises gain continuous visibility and control over every agent, automatically monitoring behavior in real time. By enforcing guardrails and stopping data exposure or system disruption before it occurs, Nokod prevents costly outages and breaches."

According to Gartner research, autonomous agents are expected to drive a significant share of generative AI interactions over the next three years. With the potential proliferation of hundreds or thousands of such agents in enterprise environments, analysts say that monitoring and adaptive governance will be essential.

Nokod’s new solution addresses this challenge by automatically identifying AI agents across citizen developer platforms and mapping them to their owners. The system then tracks each agent’s behavior, tool usage, and data access in real time. By establishing behavioral baselines, it aims to detect anomalies such as unauthorized use of connectors or cross-environment actions.

If an agent attempts a policy-violating action—such as accessing unauthorized systems or exfiltrating data—the system can block the behavior immediately. The platform also provides continuous enforcement of enterprise security policies throughout each agent's lifecycle, including those that evolve or self-modify post-deployment.

The company says this adaptive approach enables organizations to retain oversight of AI agent behavior without disrupting the pace of innovation or adding manual oversight. Unlike static security tools focused on build-time reviews, Nokod’s runtime-focused strategy accounts for agents that continue learning and adapting after initial deployment.

Adaptive Agent Security is available immediately through Nokod and its distribution partners.

Founded by cybersecurity veterans previously involved with Imperva and SecuredTouch, Nokod Security focuses on protecting applications, workflows, and agents created in no-code environments. Acrew Capital, Meron Capital, and Flint Capital back the company.
